What do I have to do to enter?

Complete the eligibility checks, accept the Official Rules and verify your entry email to receive 4 entries. Email verification is the only required entry task. All content visits, social actions, codes and referrals are optional.

Who can participate?

The Giveaway is open worldwide to individuals who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in their place of residence, subject to local laws and campaign availability.

When does the giveaway begin and end?

The 6-round schedule shown on this page runs from September 21 to November 20, 2026. All entry cutoffs are at 23:59 Pacific Time. Each round has its own cutoff and result date in the prize calendar.

How do the 6 draw rounds work?

Cash draws close on October 1, October 11, October 21, October 31 and November 11, with 2 winners of $25 each per round. Results will be announced on October 3, October 13, October 23, November 2 and November 13. The final cutoff is November 20: one winner receives 1 Melo-D plus $250. There is no separate $25 prize in the final round. Final results will be announced on November 22 after verification. Unsuccessful eligible entries carry forward; each person may win only one prize. Draws are random and weighted by valid entries, not ranked by score.

Which actions can I repeat?

The Instagram content visit, Facebook page visit, YouTube channel visit and TikTok profile visit each award +2 entries once per campaign day. Daily actions reset according to the campaign’s Pacific Time setting. Each weekly Secret Code can be redeemed once; using the same code again does not add entries.

Do I have to buy, follow or subscribe?

No purchase, social follow or marketing subscription is required. The entry email is used for campaign administration and winner notices. Marketing consent is a separate, optional choice. A visit does not confirm a social follow or subscription. The separate, optional TikTok follow task awards +5 entries once for the whole campaign and does not reset daily; it requires manual verification in the live campaign. More valid entries can increase your chance in an eligible draw, but never guarantee a prize.

How do referral entries work?

Referral credit is +10 per distinct, verified, eligible friend, capped at 5 friends (+50 total) for the whole campaign. The referral cap does not reset daily, and the same friend cannot be credited twice. Copying or sharing the invitation link does not itself award entries.

How will winners be notified and receive their prizes?

Selected entrants will be contacted at their verified entry email for eligibility checks. Winners will also be announced on TemPolor Guitar’s social channels and in the Facebook group “TemPolor Guitar Official Group.” Winners have 7 business days to respond; unclaimed or ineligible prizes may be redrawn.

Cash prizes will be paid in US dollars via PayPal, subject to supported receiving accounts and the Official Rules. A shipping address will be requested only from a confirmed product winner. Never pay a fee or share your password to claim a prize.

Official rules

Entry Period: September 21–November 20, 2026

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The sponsor of the TemPolor Melo-D Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is ECHO MIND LIMITED, trading as TemPolor Guitar, Company Registration Number 79814113, with a registered address at Suite 6503, 65/F, Central Plaza, 18 Harbour Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong (the "Sponsor"). Gleam.io provides the entry and random-drawing platform but is not the Sponsor. Questions about the Giveaway may be directed to support@tempolorguitar.com.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open worldwide to individuals who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in their place of residence, subject to local laws and campaign availability.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, interns, and independent contractors of the Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and prize providers, together with members of their immediate families and persons living in the same household, are not eligible. Additional eligibility restrictions may apply depending on the entrant's location.

3. Agreement to the Rules

By entering, each entrant agrees to comply with these Official Rules and accepts the Sponsor's decisions concerning the administration and interpretation of the Giveaway as final and binding. Each entrant represents that they satisfy all eligibility requirements.

4. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on September 21, 2026 at 00:00 Pacific Time and ends on November 20, 2026 at 23:59 Pacific Time (the "Entry Period"). Entries received before or after the Entry Period are not eligible.

5. How to Enter

During the Entry Period, visit the Giveaway page, complete the required eligibility checks, accept these Official Rules, submit the requested information, and complete any verification requested through Gleam.io.

Daily visits to the TemPolor Guitar Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube pages may each be completed once per day during the Entry Period. Each completed daily visit earns 2 entries. Any other available actions and their entry values will be shown on the Giveaway page. No purchase is required, and a purchase will not provide additional entries or improve the odds of winning.

Entries must be complete, accurate, and submitted by the entrant. Automated entries, bots, scripts, macros, false identities, multiple accounts used to evade entry limits, or any other attempt to manipulate the entry process are prohibited and may result in disqualification.

6. Prizes

The Giveaway includes 6 prize rounds and 11 winners in total:

Cash Draws 01–05: Each of the 5 cash-draw rounds will award $25 to 2 winners, for a total of 10 cash-prize winners.

The Finale: 1 winner will receive one TemPolor Melo-D and $250.

The total cash awarded across all 6 prize rounds is $500. Prize details are determined by the Sponsor. A winner may not transfer a prize or request a cash alternative for the Melo-D. If an advertised prize becomes unavailable, the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

7. Random Drawing and Odds

Potential winners for Cash Draws 01–05 will be selected at random through Gleam.io after the applicable cutoff, with results scheduled for October 3, October 13, October 23, November 2 and November 13, 2026. The potential grand-prize winner will be selected after the final cutoff, with the final result scheduled for November 22, 2026. All drawings are conducted under the Sponsor's supervision.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing.

8. Winner Notification and Verification

Potential winners will be contacted by email following the applicable drawing. Winners for each prize round will also be announced on TemPolor Guitar's social media channels and in the Facebook group "TemPolor Guitar Official Group" on or around the result dates listed in Section 7.

A potential winner must reply within 7 business days after the email is sent and complete any reasonable eligibility verification requested by the Sponsor. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or does not respond within the required period, the prize may be forfeited and redrawn.

9. Winner Announcements

Acceptance of a prize permits the Sponsor to identify the winner by name, city or region, and country for winner announcements and related Giveaway publicity, subject to any restrictions that apply.

10. Sponsor's Rights

The Sponsor may cancel, suspend, extend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or another cause outside the Sponsor's reasonable control materially affects its administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation. Where practical, the Sponsor may select potential winners from eligible entries received before the affected action.

The Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, disrupts the Giveaway, violates these Official Rules, acts in an abusive or threatening manner, or attempts to obtain an unfair advantage.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, prize providers, platform providers, and their respective representatives from claims arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, except where responsibility cannot be excluded.

The released parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, inaccessible, or undeliverable entries or notices; incorrect or inaccurate information; technical, network, hardware, software, platform, or communications failures; or unauthorized human intervention.

12. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer entries, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, prevent fraud, and for any additional purpose to which an entrant separately agrees. Information will be handled in accordance with TemPolor Guitar's Privacy Policy. Any optional marketing consent will be presented separately from the required entry steps.

13. Platform Disclaimer

The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, or any other social platform used to promote it. Gleam.io supplies the entry and random-drawing technology only and is not the Sponsor. Information submitted for entry is provided to the Sponsor and processed through Gleam.io for Giveaway administration.

14. Acceptance of Rules

By submitting an entry, each entrant confirms that they have reviewed, understood, accepted, and agreed to these Official Rules. If one part of these Rules cannot be applied, the remaining parts will continue to apply.
